FAQs
How do I pay for my sessions?
Payment is via online bank transfer and can be made prior to the session or on the day of your session.
What if I need to cancel?
I ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. You will not be charged should you cancel prior to the session.
How many sessions do you offer?
The total number of sessions is dependent on what you require and would like to commit to. I typically work in 6 session blocks with regular reviews to ensure that we are following your goals. I also offer a one-off consultation which can be useful for those wanting to focus on a specific issue.
What information do you need from me before starting the appointment?
Prior to the initial appointment we will ask you to complete a referral form which contains various information about yourself. The personal information we collect includes:
Full Name
Date of Birth
Address
GP details
We do not inform your GP that you are accessing therapy, however we require this information in case of any safeguarding or risk issues (see more details below)
Will my sessions be confidential?
In line with the Health Care Professions Council Standards of conduct, performance and ethics, all sessions are confidential. Confidentiality will only be broken due to concerns around risk or safeguarding issues. Wherever possible, sharing information due to concerns about risk or safeguarding will be discussed with you.
How is my information stored?
