The initial appointment is an opportunity for you to talk about what has brought you to therapy and think about what your goals or hopes of therapy might be. At the end of the session, we will discuss what the intervention might look like (including the type of therapy offered, roughly how many sessions).
Regular Appointments from £150
(50 minutes)
Following the initial appointment, we will arrange weekly/fortnightly sessions to focus on your goals/areas you want to work on. Typically, I recommend around 6 to 12 sessions, however this is open for discussion and can be reviewed at any stage of therapy.
One-Off Consultation from £220
(up to 90 minutes)
If you are unsure about whether you would like to commit to regular therapy sessions, or if you have a stand alone issue that you would like to discuss, a one-off consultation is an ideal option for discussing this. During the consultation, I use specific Mentalisation-Based and Cognitive Behavioural strategies to identify and understand your specific issue and explore solutions or alternative ways of responding/reacting to the situation.
