15 minute introduction call
This is a free phone/video call in which I will introduce myself and we can talk about the therapy options for you.
Initial appointment and ongoing sessions
During the initial appointment we will explore your goals for therapy and I will build an understanding of the difficulties or issues that brought you to therapy. After an initial appointment, we will schedule regular sessions. The time, frequency and duration of these are up to you. I typically suggest around 6 to 12 weekly sessions, however this is flexible.
One-off consultation
If you do not feel ongoing sessions are right for you at this time, we can arrange a one-off consultation to discuss a specific issue or problem. This is typically 90 minutes long and we will use the time to identify the issue, explore the underlying details and talk through possible solutions or resolutions.
